Neoflam Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Free for orders over $150+
    • Rates for standard shipping on orders under $99 will be calculated at checkout based on the best available rates from USPS and UPS.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Customers can select their preferred expedited shipping method at checkout. Rates will be calculated based on the chosen shipping service and delivery location.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use USPS and UPS to ship orders. The carrier is selected based on the best rate available and the delivery address.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not support international shipping. All sales are limited to the U.S.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions within certain states. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@neoflam.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • If your package is lost during transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you with the next steps, including filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
